Basics of Healthy Eating / Integrate a healthy routine to your daily life
You are a company, you run a retreat or you are a random group of people who would love to learn a bit more about Nutrition / a Healthy Lifestyle and some techniques that would make total sense to be added to your daily life? Perfect!
In this presentation / workshop you will learn about the do's and don'ts (food habits).
You will learn useful tips and techniques to integrate to your daily rhythm so you may stay fit and healthy.
Simple meditation / cleaning techniques to stay balanced (mindfulness).
Pranayama exercises to gain energy, stress relief and to detox.
Basically we will travel together through the 'perfect' day and I will show you how to integrate it in an easy way. There will also be time to answer some questions and maybe adjust the workshop to your needs.
It is a really good opportunity to raise an awareness for the topic of health and nutrition.
App. Time: 2 -2.5 hrs
You are responsible for all travel expenses.
Nutrition Plan -
Personal Food Nutrition Plan based on Ayurveda
*2-4 hr Consultation to talk about your physical situation, intolerances and all the challenges you face.
During that consultation I will ask you lots of questions that will provide me with the necessary answers to create your personal plan for a healthier, happier and more active version of you.
* The Food Nutrition Plan (which normally takes me 20-40hrs to create) is tailoured to your situation/needs - with the initial plan usually lasting for the first 6 weeks. Following that it needs to be tweaked again because you'll be subject to certain clinical aspects, which means we'd first need to get your body and mind balance so you can start with your 'real' plan to be followed long into the future.
*1-hr Introductory Talk to guide you through your plan.
* 1-hr Guidance Talk in between to see how you are and if we already need to adjust some things. You are not a machine so we need to go this way together step-by-step to see how your system is reacting to the changes.

These questions will be answered, as well as others you might have during or after the introduction.
It is a good opportunity to raise awareness of the topics of health and nutrition.
You will cover any necessary travel expenses.

Private Home Coaching for the whole family or just for yourself (whatever you want ;))
You will get nutrition guidelines that you should follow to experience a healthy, happy family life.
Nutrition is very important for your well-being.
There is so much we don't know about it because no one tells us!
This is a good opportunity to have a more focused and private conversation about nutrition with answers to your questions.
This is particularly beneficial when you have children because you'll have the opportunity to make things better and easier for them.
You will tell me about your daily life and food habits.
Together we will go through your cupboards to see what products you should avoid and which ones you should be using.
Sessions last 2.5 hrs. If more time is required, the price of 50 Eur per hour is added to the cost of this package.
You will cover the travel expenses if we are too far apart. Thank you.

Personal Food Nutrition Advice based on Ayurveda
1hr costs 75 Eur. We will talk about your challenges and I'll give you some tips on how you can improve your situation. This package does not include a Whole Food Nutrition Plan, which costs an additonal fee. Moreover, it should be seen as a general coaching talk on how you can improve your situation with general advice.
The session generally adopts the ayurvedic approach (but not strictly) and is shaped in such a way that it can fit into your daily routine as well as some other aspects of your life.

We'll choose one spice and then get to know this spice from the deepest of its being.
I will show you (help you to remember, because you already know) how you can find out about the effect of this particular spice. You can basically do that with every spice / ingredient.
We will smell it, taste it, touch it and meditate with it.
